TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.        In order to secure your child’s place, a non-refundable fee of £25.00 is required.

2.        Fees must be paid in advance by Cash, Cheque or Standing Order; failure to pay by the due date will result in withdrawal of the place.

3.        There will be a charge of £35.00 for any returned cheque.

4.        4 weeks notice is required if you wish to withdraw your child from the nursery.

5.        You must advise the nursery as soon as possible if your child is unable to attend for any reason.

6.        We will always try to be flexible to meet your needs, dependant on child/staff ratios.

7.        You must inform the nursery as soon as possible, and supply a description if someone unfamiliar is to collect your child.  They must be able to supply your password, and will not be allowed to take the child without this information.

8.        If your child becomes ill whilst attending the nursery, you or your nominated contact will be asked to collect them as soon as possible.

9.        You must not send your child to the nursery if they are ill.

10.     The nursery will not accept liability for any missing or damaged children’s clothes, toys or possessions.

11.     The nursery will not accept liability for any vehicles, cycles, pushchairs or other personal items left or parked on the premises.

12.     The nursery reserve the right to apply a late collection charge of £5.00 for every 15 minutes or part thereof, after your session has ended.

13.     These Terms are subject to change in whole or part by the company with one months notice.  The notice is deemed to have been given provided that the changes are displayed on the parents/carers notice board in the nursery entrance.

14.     Fees are normally reviewed on an annual basis.

15.    4 weeks per year are allowed at 50% fee to include sickness and holidays.
